Maria da Assunção Foy inherited the Quinta de Fundo de Vila and converted the vineyards to produce a complex mixture of individual and traditional varieties.

Francisco Montenegro, an experienced winemaker in the region, namely with several wines recognized in the international market (for example Aneto), is responsible for the production of Terrus.

The farmhouse has been completely renovated and equipped with modern, except granite lagares, in which the fermentation takes place by crushing.

terrus 2005

The 2005 vintage has spent a year in French oak barrels. It is composed of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Souzão, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

Dense and deep red color. Complex aromas of new oak with vanilla scents of wild red fruits, plum and spices.

In the mouth it has a freshness and balance that will enable it to improve in bottle 10 to 15 years.
